Situated in the historical center of Athens (old town), at the slope of Acropolis in the oldest neighborhood of Europe in a pedestrian area and 5 min walk from the downtown city center, Thea's residency was built in 1935 and recently renovated, has two independent apartments.
Each apartment is at a different level with private bathroom and kitchen fully equipped, free WI-Fi, air-condition and washing machine and a private terrace with patio in the third level, with a breathtaking view of the rock and wall of the eastern side of Acropolis and west side of Lycabettus Hill at the other side of Athens, open dining room, handmade sofa, and chairs. You can either share it as a whole or rent it as an independent apartment studio on the ground floor or the first-floor apartment which includes also the terrace with patio.
The name of the house is dedicated to my mother and my daughter who shares the same name (Theano) and both were born in this same house! Thea (in Greek has two totally different meanings depending on the pοsition of the accent Thea (Θέα) means view. Thea (Θεά) means Goddess.
